How to place an order

during shop hours to place your order.

We are open 7 days a week from 10.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

We accept most major credit and debit cards as payment.

Delivery

Deciding postage costs is tricky as some items are obviously much
heavier or bulkier than others.To keep it simple, and hopefully fair,
we have decided to charge a flat rate of £3.95 per order within the UK.
Please phone for an overseas quote.

We will aim to despatch your goods within 3 days of receiving your
order. We will advise you if there are unexpected delays with processing
your order.

Returns

In the event of your goods arriving damaged or faulty please notify
us within 48 hours. When we receive the returned item we will send
you a replacement. We will of course reimburse the cost of the return
postage which must be sent fully insured special delivery.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, and you would
like an exchange, please return goods to us unused and undamaged
within 7 days of receipt. Returning items to us under these
circumstances will be at your expense. We recommend that you use
special delivery for such items as we will not be responsible for goods
lost or damaged in transit.
